Flower Trust Flower and Bulb Fertilizer is a professional product designed to provide major, secondary and micronutrients to flowers and bulbs in order to product vigorous growth and radiant color.

Directions for Use

Flower Trust Flower and Bulb Fertilizer employs a variety of slow-release water-soluble (WS) and water-insoluble (WIN) nitrogen sources to promote the growth and flowering of annuals and perennials.

Application Rate:

Before setting out starter plants, incorporate Plant Trust Flower and Bulf Fertilizer into the top inchof soil at the rate of 1 to 1.5 pounds per 100 sq. ft. of bedding garden.

Horticultral practice suggests incorporating organic matter and limestone with Plant Trust Flower and Bulb Fertilizer into the soil a week or two fefore planting. In mid-July, a second application of flower food at 1 pound per 100 sq. ft. will accelerate flower formation.

A hallmark of Flower Food is its ability to supress soil-borne diseases which attack plants. Crotonylidene diurea (CDU), a water-soluble nitrogen source, is absorbed by micro-organisms in the soil. These bacteria feed rapidly on fungal spores and fungi. As soil temperature increases, large populations of these micro-organisms devour disease spores in the soil, protecting bedding plants.
